I put off dealing with the warranty claim because I assumed it would be a hassle, but I really shouldn’t have. They handled everything quickly, and the whole process was way easier than I expected

The floor samples looked really nice, and I do like that the planks are thicker. That part made me feel good about it. But the price just kept creeping up. Once I added in the trim, then delivery, then everything else, it started to feel a lot less like a deal. I kept thinking it would be cheaper because it was online, but the price was still the thing I kept coming back to. It’s probably still a better value than a few local stores I checked, but not the bargain I was expecting. I’d probably buy again if there was a decent sale, but at full price, it feels average to me.

This was really easy to install. I had it done quick and didn’t run into any issues at all. Went on smooth, no fuss, defintely happy with it.

We put Flooret flooring on our main floor about 8 months ago , and honestly , I’ve been really happy with it so far .
The planks feel sturdy underfoot , and the finish still looks great even with our dog running around all day . I haven’t noticed any weird scratches or dents , and spills have been super easy to wipe up .
The install did take us a bit of time , but the flooring itself feels really well made . Based on how it’s holding up , I’d definitely buy from them again .

Ordering went smoothly, and now that the floor is installed, it does look nice overall. So I don’t want to make it sound like the whole experience was bad, because it definitely wasn’t.

That said, the after-sale support was kind of frustrating. I had a question about a few damaged boards, and it took days to get replies that didn’t really answer much. I kept feeling like I had to follow up just to be heard, which maybe I’m not wrong for expecting better on?
